Returns & Warranty
millan&co offers a one-year conditional warranty on its products.
When we say a “conditional warranty”, we mean that we will repair or replace any product with a problem that is a result of a defect in manufacturing for up to one year from purchase. We will not cover issues caused by abnormal use of the product such as lighting the product on fire, bears chewing on it, over loading, dragging behind a truck, etc. We trust you to make a determination on what is normal use.
If your product has failed as a result of normal use, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include in your email:
- A detailed description of the problem
- A photo of the fault or problem with the product
- When and where you made the purchase
- Your contact details including: name, address, phone number and email
- A copy of the invoice/receipt for the purchase that is faulty
If you want to return your purchase please email us straight away at email@example.com and we will respond with details on how to send your purchase back to us.
millan&co will accept returns and issue a refund if the item you purchased is faulty. If you just change your mind we can offer you an exchange for items up to the amount you spent. If you wish to exchange your purchase it must be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition with all tags attached. All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if it does not apply with our policy.
When we have received your item and checked it over to ensure it meets our returns and exchanges policy, we will issue you with a refund via the same way that you made your purchase. We will not refund your delivery charges back to us. It is preferable, for your security that you post your item back to us in an Australia Post traceable method so you can track your item back to us. When sending your item back to us please don’t forget to include your name, address, email and phone number and return or exchange details so we can contact you.
We carefully look over our finished products to ensure they are in amazing condition before they leave the manufacturing studio. We hope you will love them as much as we have enjoyed making them. If you have any queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org
At millan&co we want as many people as possible to have an opportunity to have a leather yoga mat bag and of course our other fabulous products (because they are divine) therefore, we deliver Australia wide, New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada (just for now).
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post traceable post bags. All products will be shipped via the delivery option selected in the cart.
For international orders please note that you may be subject to customs duties and/or tax charges. Check with your customs for further information. These costs are payable by the recipient. For international shipping we have a flat rate of AUD$40.00 and all orders will be tracked.
From confirmation of your order it may take between 5 and 10 days for your order to arrive (international orders may take a little longer). This is due to the products being individually handmade and a lot of care is put into the manufacturing. We want your product to be sensational!
